Terms of Service

No Refund Policy

All payments made for DLG events, workshops, hackathons, and any other activities are strictly non-refundable.

  • Registration fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances
  • No refunds will be provided for event cancellations by participants
  • No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance
  • In case of event cancellation by DLG, credits may be provided for future events at our discretion

By registering for any event, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DLG's services, registering for events, or becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Event Registration

When registering for our events:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (for paid events)
  • Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • You must carry valid college ID for verification at the venue
  • Registration is non-transferable to other individuals

Cancellation Policy

  • Participants may cancel their registration but no refund will be provided
  • DLG reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances
  • In case of event cancellation by DLG, participants will be notified via email
  • DLG is not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and organizers
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
  • Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
  • Not engage in plagiarism during hackathons or competitions

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disqualification and ban from future events without refund.
